Our Three Enquiry Methods
Our Villas sites provide homeowners with three methods for receiving enquiries. One of the methods is always available, and the other two are only available at the exclusion of the others.
Method 1: RSSWhile RSS Technology may seem unfamiliar to many people, it is a method to provide information in a way that is similar but not exactly like email. The benefit of RSS is that your information cannot be blocked as spam.
To receive RSS enquiries, you must have an RSS Feed Reader installed on your computer. There are many free RSS programs available on the internet.

Methods 2 & 3: Inbox Vs Email Enquiries
Below are the other two methods of receiving your enquiries. You can use the RSS system on top of these methods below; however, you can only use one of the two options below. Both have their advantages depending on what is most convenient for you.
Method 2: Email EnquiriesReceiving your emails via this method means that you will receive an email every couple of hours listing all leads that your home has generated since the last batch was sent out. All new leads are conglomerated into a single email that has details of each lead. Using this system means that you do not have to log into the site to see and respond to your leads. It does mean, however, that your responses will not be formatted with our system’s Inbox.
To use this method, leave the “Use Inbox” option unchecked in your villa’s control panel. You can still receive new enquiries via RSS and respond to them in a formatted fashion with RSS.
Method 3: Inbox SystemIf you select “Use Inbox” on your villa’s control panel, enquiries are not mailed to you every couple of hours in a batch format. Instead they are stored in the system on the website. To view them you must login to the site and go to the “Inbox” link that looks like an email icon in your Villas Control Panel.
Using the site Inbox System allows you to receive and respond to emails via our website on any computer connected to the internet even when you do not have access to email.
