Before you get started, it is a good idea to read a little about the features you are getting by advertising your home on one of our Villa sites.

• Your Home Listing – Listings of how home include photos and details about your home.
• Your Booking Availability Calendar –Your calendar displays when your home is available for booking.
• Vacation Client Leads –We send leads to you from vacationers looking for a private vacation home that will accommodate their needs.
• Public Guestbook –You can choose to keep an online guestbook for your clients. You can manage your guestbook with filter and delete tools.
• Article Publishing –In addition to posting your villa details, we allow you to post articles that will help draw traffic to your home.

In addition to the standard features, you can also purchase booking privileges, feature your home on the front page of the site, or feature your home on the directory pages in which it belongs. Each Villas site may have even further features that can be purchased annually and/or monthly.
